Add an Entra app
Saving a new ID adds it alongside existing apps. It does not replace Rockland or any other stored client ID.

Connect Microsoft 365
Store one Entra application per tenant (Rockland, Broadband, WCCNet, …). Device login picks which app to use; each mailbox keeps its own token and client ID.
Prepare Entra ID
Per tenant / app- Entra ID → App registrations → New registration — name it for that org (e.g. “The Hall · Broadband”), accounts in any organizational directory, no redirect URI.
- Authentication → Allow public client flows = Yes.
- API permissions → Microsoft Graph delegated:
User.Read,Mail.ReadWrite,Mail.Send(offline_access is implied). - Overview → copy the Application (client) ID only. Do not create a client secret. Add each app below — existing apps are never overwritten.

Step 02
Begin device login
Pick the app registered in that tenant. Examples: russ@rocklandbakery.com, russell@rocklandbakery.com, rdwyer@wccnet.edu, russ@broadbandtelatom.com.
