[Response Required] Ticket #12567378: I can't access my authenticator app: ref:!00Df2018t5m.!500QP01bbDtK:ref

If you lose access to your authenticator app, the fastest, easiest way to regain access to your DigitalOcean account is to use your 2FA recovery method.
If your recovery method doesn't work, then we can help you by disabling 2FA. In this case, to maintain the security of your account and its resources, we need to verify that you are the account owner first.
If your 2FA recovery method fails and you need us to disable 2FA, please reply to this email with all four parts of the following identity verification information:
Details about the payment method on the account. If you paid with a credit card, please include:
* The name on the card
* The type of card (like Visa or MasterCard)
* The last four digits of the card number
* The card's expiration date
If you paid with PayPal, please provide the PayPal account email address.
The date and amount (in USD) of the last billing transaction by DigitalOcean. If you paid with PayPal, please also provide the PayPal transaction ID.
A photo of the payment owner's government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver's license, or military ID.
A photo of the payment owner holding their government-issued ID by the side of their face. See an example here: dosupport.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/IDSammy_sm.png
You can attach photos to this email directly. Alternatively, you can host them on a platform like Google Drive or Dropbox as long as we can access the URL, and you can delete the photos once this verification is complete.
We know how frustrating it is to lose access to your authenticator app, and we hope your recovery method works. If you reply to this email with the identity verification information, we will manually review your request to ensure the safety and security of your account, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
