Please accept my apologies for the late response. We have been putting out some fires today and are busy with a SIP integration.

Actually, to be honest, it might be for the better that we don’t. We did not meet today because I am still investigating the discrepancy in the sales total gaps.

What I found so far is:

No account or sales person is missing or suppressed from your report. They both have exactly the same accounts and salesperson-IDs… so nothing is being hidden on your authoritative report.

it looks like the ~10k discrepancy between comes directly from order returns. So what we’re going to do is modify the reconciliation of return orders so that they are properly removed from net sales.

I’m afraid I probably missed you for the day but I’ll try to call you sometime early tomorrow morning, I’m going to aim for 8 o’clock, but feel free to suggest a better time or just give me a call in the morning anytime after 8 AM tomorrow.
