Featherstone's Claude Portal Access
Mon Aug 24, 2026 · 12:17 PM EDT
Ousman,
It's been a minute, hope you're doing well at Featherstone. Did you look at the ebike kits from Dillinger's ebikes? My Honda Ruckus is running great for now, but I'm definitely tempted to get one of their offroad kits.
Anyway, over the past few weeks, we've been developing and building a claude integration portal for Featherstone foods, and your team is being granted access.
The portal is at fscwr.featherstonefoods.com
You should be getting an email invitation shortly, go ahead and use your work email to create your account, and let me know if you have any trouble creating it or logging into it.
There are 2 parts to this website:
•
Featherstone Claude Dashboard: Webchat portal - Joey wants everyone to have instant access to frontier models, so you guys all have unique accounts on the Featherstone's claude chat portal. To login, go to the Overview page, and click the blue button at the bottom of the overview page, "Open Featherstone Claude"
•
Featherstone Claude Dashboard: Reporting Dashboard, Bakers automation portal, and Internal Featherstone resource portal
Please get back to me if I can help walk you through part1, or part2 of this new platform.
For part 2: Your team will have access to the internal Featherstone sales data and reporting platform.
The customer service team has some specific tools on the overview page, although the main feature request is still in development, and I am still putting together authoritative resources for the item pricing lists. However, you will notice that most of the links on the Overview page under Customer Service Resources do not currently work.
I will need to work with your team this week to finalize the links and resources.
On that note, we are also testing a feature for the CS team, we have created a way to send a screenshot of a Purchase Order to claude, and use claude's response to parse and enter the order into Bakers13 automatically. It will still require a human to review, but it's much less manual labor on your end.
If you are interested and can help test this Email_PurchaseOrder-->Bakers13 Automation Program, please respond back to this email and I will enroll you in the unit testing program.
Thank you and please reach out to me if I can help out or provide further clarification.
