Could you please promote my russ@broadband account to an admin within the broadbandtelAtom Entra O365 domain? You should be able to modify my account role from inside of the O365 entra dashboard entra.microsoft.com/ however you must be logged in as the broadbandtelatom o365 tenant admin.
